Returns & Exchanges

Please Read for our Return Policy!

For shipped orders - we must be notified in advance of the return and all returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date of the order.
For local pickup orders - we must be notified in advance of the return by email and all returns must be made within 14 days of the order pick up.


Items that are considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return are:

 ALL SALE ITEMS are final sale. No exceptions. 
Hats or beanies are also not eligible for returns and will be final sale.
If you send back an item that is not eligible for return then you are responsible to pay for return shipping back to you. We will NOT issue store credit on ineligible items.

To return items that ARE eligible for return
Product must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Item must be free of strong scents or stains.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend you use  Canada Post and a tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of our control. You can also bring your return to our boutique pick up location. 


Damaged Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping but in the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receipt we must be contacted within 5 days of receiving the product in order to receive a full refund. Lilys Closet will be responsible for all costs associated with replacing and returning the item if the item is damaged or defective. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.


Exchanges can only be offered for local pick up purchases. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and exchanges will only be done if you require a different size. Keep in mind that items can sell out quickly and additional sizes may no longer be available. 

If you are not happy with any of your purchases for any other reason we will do our best to rectify the situation. Your love of your purchase is our priority!
